And you're in the right place. My journey as a business owner originated in 2000 when I, a sonographer, faced the difficult decision to leave my job. The field of sonography lacked diversity, with minorities representing less than 2%, even today. Encountering discrimination and microaggressions, I was faced with a choice: give up or stand firm.

Rooted in faith, perseverance, and a fervent desire for improvement, I chose not to surrender. Instead, I forged ahead, driven to support other women that are overworked, undervalued, and underpaid navigating workplace discrimination.
